At Skillzard (skillzard.in), we believe in transparency and fairness. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
- There is a technical error with your Skillzard account
- There is an issue or error in course access caused from our side
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of usage
- Dissatisfaction after accessing the course
- Any personal or internet-related issues
2. Refund Request Time Limit
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of successful payment. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Payment Gateway Fee Deduction
If a refund is approved, 5% payment gateway charges will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
In case of duplicate payment or payment deducted but service not activated, please contact us within 24 hours. After verification, the refund (after 5% deduction) will be processed.
6. Skillzard Rights
- Approve or reject any refund request after verification
- Update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice
